This is a non-commerical. derivative work and a reimagining of an existing intellectual property. All original characters, settings, and concepts from the source material belong to their respective creators. I do not claim ownership of the original IP. This work represents my personal interpretation, writing, and original contributions within that universe out of personal interest and appreciation of the game.
2. Alternate Universe (AU) & Creative Liberties
While this project utilizes the world of Palia as a foundation, it is set in an Alternate Universe (AU). The storylines, character histories, and world-building elements within this project have been edited, reimagined, or expanded to fit my personal interpretation.
Original Characters (OCs) (Including Felidae, Nymphadora etc.) and designs for characters mentioned only in passing within official lore (Zoraya, Zed, Zorn etc.) are the creative property of the author of this fan project.
These creative departures are intentional and do not reflect the official canon or future plans of Singularity 6. This story was developed before the release of 0.201 (17/03/2026) and has been a work in progress since April 8th 2024, meaning any similarities to future release beyond that are merely coincidental.
3. Non-Commercial Status
My work is and will always remain free to access.
I do not claim ownership over Singularity 6’s intellectual property, including their characters, world, or assets.
All such elements belong to their respective creators. I only claim ownership over my original writing, interpretations, and additions.
4. Community Guidelines
In accordance with Singularity 6’s Fan Art Guidelines, this project is not shared, promoted, or submitted to official Singularity 6 community channels (such as the official Discord, Instagram, or Facebook) to ensure the “canon-only” integrity of those spaces remains intact.
You will also find appropriate disclaimers at the beginning of the book, home page, and relevant wiki pages, with the words "Inspired" "Fan Inspired" "Fan Project" "Non Canon" "Alternate Universe" "Alternate Timeline" used often to lessen confusion.
Characters that do not belong to me are clearly marked on their wiki page, along with a link to the Palia Wikia* page with more accurate information on the characters in-game.
*Though the Wikia is fan-developed, it is a much more accurate source of information in reference to the original game than the one found on this site, which is purely a reference for my story.
